Popping your blister will only make it worse and open it up to infection. Instead you should apply antibiotic cream to it, and cover it up with a bandage. Within a few days it should heal on its own.

Sweaty Feet

You should also clean your feet every day, and give them a chance to breathe.

Athlete’s Foot
Athlete’s foot is another common foot problem. To help prevent athlete’s foot and other fungal infections, it’s important to keep your feet and shoes fresh. You should also avoid wearing flip flops or going barefoot in public or common areas.
